Hey, I’m Jake.

I’m looking for friendship and someone to write with.  About me:  I am the proud father to four amazing sons.  I am a deeply spiritual man, blessed beyond measure.  I have two AA degrees, and am working on a BA in Liberal Arts and Science.  I am a mentor in the mentorship program, and I am also a dog trainer in the dog program, which I love!

I work in the laundry and, not to toot my own horn, but I am also the two-time handball champion of this facility—toot toot! (smile)  I’m a great cook and I love being out in nature, hiking, spelunking, whitewater rafting, and more.  I love to travel and I lived for a summer in the Kingdom of Tonga in the South Pacific, and I can speak a little Tongan.  I love to read and one of my favorite books is A Return to Love by Marianne Williamson.
