My name is Lawrence — or “L.”  I’m an artist, teacher, writer, and political activist.  While I am deeply rooted in community organizing and the freedom movement, I find myself seeking a more organic, less work-based social connection.  I believe there is nothing more healing and affirming than honest, genuine conversation, and I look forward to learning about you and your experiences, dreams, and desires.  I believe the simplest pleasures in life can relieve the greatest of stresses, so I welcome you to share with me, relax a bit, and let your hair down.  I’m open to friendship with anyone and value open-mindedness and tolerance for all walks of life.  I love being able to “just be” in platonic or more intimate relationships.
